All staff were professional and friendly. My routine maintenance was completed in a timely manner.

I had an oil change appointment for 8 am, I arrived at 8:05, the service manager met me and we discussed them checking on the sensor regarding the driver side tire, I was told it would cost $145.00, I responded that I have a tire warranty and to check into it. Well , I sat in the lobby until 10:45 and did not receive any help until I started asking questions with the cashier. Well paid cash for our traverse and this is the treatment we recieved. I got the car back with nothing done on the tire sensor. I am throughly disappointed in the customer service I received that day. I would appreciate returning and having this sensor completed in a short amount of time.

I will say that one of the only reasons I am still coming to Cavenders is Leah Wanjura!!! She is amazing which is more than I can say for Cavenders itself. When I call in to the dealership I a talking to someone n San Antonio or somewhere else who knows absolutely nothing about what I need and it takes a act of congress to get to the person I need to talk to. We are dealing with Cavenders in Weimar!! Get your act together and realize we want a country atmosphere not a big city atmosphere!!!

It would have been good to know if y'all replaced just the Fuel Pump or the fuel pump and the module. I had also asked to have the tire monitors checked (I know one of them is out because the light was on). She said they were not checked because light wasn't on. Yet she said the light came on when she delivered it back to me. Other than that service was good.

Best experience ever! First, I inquired online about a vehicle in stock. I received a personalized video from the internet salesperson showing the actual vehicle with a full walk around. I thought this was a nice touch. I then went to the dealership and had very pleasant buying experience. Everything was quick and professional. Sales rep was knowledgeable and the sales floor manager came out shortly after I arrived to introduce himself. Everyone was courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I’ll be telling everyone I know to go to Cavendars in Weimer.
