Really need to get the right information on who's vehicle you are servicing. I change my main contact ten times and still you'll called my co-signer which I'm pretty upset due to me not getting any information about anything on my vehicle while my co-signer gets everything. It would make more sense to contact the buyer of the vehicle.

In reference to all the persons that help us, they were all very nice people, very welcoming since we have to drive 4 hours to pick up the vehicle.
In reference to the vehicle, they had it detailed before we arrive, and it was clean but still had soap residue in some areas of the vehicle, which I pointed out to both of the guys helping me. One of the guys apologized and told me that they only had one person detailing vehicles and that he was taking too long to finish them. I told him that it was ok, but I just had to pointed out to him.
Also all but one of the tires had valve caps(this was a new vehicle), the one that was on it had a "N" we guessed for nitrogen, they went to look for a set and they put them on(regular caps plastic), he mentioned that this vehicle was a dealer trade in, and that he did not knew if the tires had nitrogen or not.
I drove the vehicle first part of the trip back home, and I guess this is going back to the detailing they did, they put some type of cleaner solution where you rest your arm next to the window, I notice that my shirt was sticking, don't know what kind of cleaner it was but it was sticky.
When I made the deal over the phone, the person that I closed the deal with never mentioned the GM Rewards, I know rewards supposed to be added to my account as I have another vehicle that I purchased late last year, and now both of them appear under MY Chevrolet app, but no rewards yet, I will be contacting GM to check on this.
Overall experience was good, still will give them a 5 star rating, the situations that I encounter is just carelessness, and not having the proper training to make sure that vehicle lives the lot in tip top shape.

The service I received was excellent! Ursula was prompt reaching out to me via email and was very courteous when we met at the dealership. Liz was our salesperson and did a fabulous job showing us all the details of My Denali, she was very knowledgeable and had the sweetest personality, she made everything very smooth for us! Aaron took care of us in the end, made the transition with my old vehicle into my new Denali superb!!!! We will definitely be back and send people your way!!!
