It was a great experience they had communicated with me step by step excellent.

Friendly and honest service. I was greeted when I arrived for my appointment and the service writer,, Elisha, kept me updated altered process. The technician repaired only what was needed therefore I wasn’t overcharged for unnecessary repairs.

I make a 10:00am appt for oil change and tire rotation. It 2 hours and tires were not rotated. Unacceptable! It takes me an hour to get to Weimar. Being self employed, I wasted 4 hours. Time to go elsewhere

First of all I love my new car!! Carter the salesman was very respectful, knowledgeable and kind. He answered all of my questions. I'm glad that I chose Cavenders Chevrolet in Weimar, Tx.

All staff were professional and friendly. My routine maintenance was completed in a timely manner.

I had an oil change appointment for 8 am, I arrived at 8:05, the service manager met me and we discussed them checking on the sensor regarding the driver side tire, I was told it would cost $145.00, I responded that I have a tire warranty and to check into it. Well , I sat in the lobby until 10:45 and did not receive any help until I started asking questions with the cashier. Well paid cash for our traverse and this is the treatment we recieved. I got the car back with nothing done on the tire sensor. I am throughly disappointed in the customer service I received that day. I would appreciate returning and having this sensor completed in a short amount of time.
